When I make a left or right turn there is a clonking noise when i do so. What is that?

Hi there,
There will be something worn in the steering or suspension, with out being able to hear it, it is a bit hard to pin point the noise, best you get your mechanic to inspect the steering and suspension. He should be looking at the steering rack, ball joints, tie rod ends and suspension bushes.
