Key stuck in ignition

The car is on and the key will not come out and the car won't turn off. I tried a lot of things.

Those ignition cylinders jamb up we change the ignition cylinder and steering lock housing at the Vw dealer to repair them. If you give me your vin number I will see when your warranty expires.
