I have a 90 Jeep YJ Wrangler with 115,000 miles and a rear brake cylinder needs to be replaced. How long should it take for an experienced mechanic to complete the job?

You have to replace both sides. If it is leaking bad then the shoes will have to be replaced. About 30-45 minutes per side.
