2005 Jeep Wrangler Engine Miss Firing
Engine Performance problem
2005 Jeep Wrangler 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 97000 miles
Running perfect until oil change...oil leaking out of front of engine and engine is misfiring..engine is over filled with oil now...will it being over filled with oil cause it to leak oil out of front of engine and to misfire...

Overfilling with a little is not that big of deal. It kinda depends on how much overfill you have. Overfilling will cause a buildup of pressure in the engine block and it probably blew out the front seal. Check to see exactly where the oil is coming from, around the harmonic balancer probably. When you get the oil level down to where it belongs run a scanner on it and see what codes are present. Get back to us and let us know what you have found out. Thanks Curt
