2004 Jeep Wrangler HEATER FAN SWITCH

MY FAN ONLY BLOWS ON THE HIGHEST SETTING. NONE OF THE OTHER LOWER SETTINGS ARE WORKING. IS THIS JUST THE SWITCH OR SOMETHING ELSE?

Ok if you blower motor works on only one or two settings then I would think that it is the blower motor resister. This is what determines the blower speed when you select it. Here is a pic of it. It should cost about 20 dollars.
