After driving about 15 miles, if I slow down to make a turn, or stop at a traffic light, my "check gauges" light comes on, and my oil pressure goes to zero. The temperature doesn't rise, and the engine doesn't run any different. As soon as I accelerate, the oil pressure goes back to normal. Please help!!

Can be caused by a few different things. First to check is the engine oil level. If OK, need to check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge. The oil pressure unit may be faulty sending a false alarm to the gauges.

You need to replace your oil sending unit. My wifes cherokee had the same problem, and it appears to be quite common in the jeep family. I replaced hers after checking the internet and finding the same advice from others and it fixed the problem. It is located on the passenger side of the block under the dipstick (if you have one). It coosts about $40.00. It will have a wire plugged into it. It only takes about fifteen minutes to replace it.
