I have a constant problem with the manual steering gear on my wrangler getting loose causing a lot of play on the steering wheel. I have been told that the steering can be changed to power steering because the hole for the bolts are there. Is this true? And what parts need to be changed?

I have a 90 jeep wrangler, with the 4cyl. It came from the factory without power steering, It now has power steering, I became disabled and had a hard time driving it with the oversized tires, yes I do believe the 92 is the exact same as the 90 model, and it is pre- set for the power steering, I purchased all my parts used and accomplished this all for under 150.00, did the labor myself, was not as tuff as it seems, you will need to find a power steering pump, power steering gearbox, and highpressure powersteering lines. I found it all on ebay, piece at a time, I also found several used systoms decently priced. And let me tell you it makes all the difference. When you get started let me know I will be glad to help if I can
