My clutch pedal began "sticking". It has alot of resistance, then clicks and travels normally, but slushy. There is alot of freeplay at pedal top and the clutch engages right off the floor. The whole clutch system was replaced a year ago. It's not been abused. ( I would donate, but I'm a single dad and have been out of work since Oct., '09.)

See my profile. Sounds like one of the following :

Air in system....possible compromised sealed system

Mechanical or linkage failure

Clutch master cylinder broken or defective

slave cylinder broken or defective

If it was about a year ago and performed by a shop, is there a warranty?.......or at least on the parts?
