2000 Jeep TJ will not start

jeep will turn over but will not star.
no spark.
no fuel.
get a no buss message on instrument panel.

Seeing that you have a no buss message on the cluster, you probably need a new pcm(powertrain control module). I worked at Jeep for 4 years and saw that problem a few times. To be sure what the actual problem may be you should take it to a dealer since they have a DRB scan tool and will be able to tell you if they can talk to the pcm.
