I was changing the sensor and it broke off in the block. I have tried drilling holes in it and putting a screw in it to try and get it out with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?
I am thinking of dropping the oil pan to see if I can get to it from the other side and tap it out. Does anyone knoe if thie will work?

You can use a small torch (or other heating device) to heat a screw. Once the screw is heated HOT, press it into the sensor. After it seals and hardens around the screw, pull the sensor out with large vice grips or pliers.

Nice little trick, or you can try pecking it out as you said.

I have had to use the above mentioned method twice, both times successful.
