Oil Light comes on during idiling and while stoped at traffic signal, goes off when I give it gas and while driving.

Remove the oil pressure sending unit and install an oil pressure tester if its under specification replace the oil pressure sending unit. If pressure not to specs. possible defective components the oil pump,engine bearings/clogged up pick tube-/oil galleries/

Try engine flush might work
