hi guys,

Ok, so it has been awhile since I have had a vehicle that won't start. I have lot's of battery power, but when turning the key to start the vehicle it makes a "clicking noise". It this likeyl to be the starter? Or can you suggest what the problem might be?

Thanks,

Lee

Honestly, it sounds like a weak battery. The battery may show 12+ volts until it's under a load. What I suggest is to take the battery to a parts store and have them load test it for you. That way you'll know if it is the battery or the starter. Also, make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight including the ground on the engine.

Let me know what you find.
