you may have answered this question before but where are the spark plugs located in the 2003 jee grand cherokee laredo 4.0 engine in trying to due a tune up my self and is there any spark plug cables cause for the life of me i dont see any

The spark plugs are located below the coil rail assembly.
It's a coil on plug.You have to remove the coil rail to get to the plugs.
