Transmission was rebilt it works ok when first srarted after car is drove and warmed up put in reverse it shudders and kills motor it does it in drive sometimes when coming to stops it does not do this when first started the shop that rebuilt it said it must be a sensor does not show any codes on code reader

Sounds more an internal problem. They may have not left left enough clerance in low reverse clutch pack. It stays engaged when it heats up clutches expand then you lose the trans ability to freewheel at idle so engine conks out. Like you forgot to push clutch in when slowing up.
