MY JEEP WON'T START AFTER INSERTING THE KEY AND PRESSING CLUTCH IN. IT CAN BE RUNNING AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN YOU CUT IT OFF AND THEN TRY TO RESTART IT IT WON'T START.

I hope you mean that it turns over but won'at start. Try replacing the fuel filter and hen taking choke cleaner and cleaning the throttle plate on both sides. Then hook up air duc again and start it. It will be hard to start due to the choke cleaner.
