Flashers and Signal light not working

I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 180000 miles and my flashers nor my signal light work. It does not flash nor do they come on. My driver side brake light does not work at night with my lights on but work when my head lights are off. Can you please help me

check the bulbs and the wiring making sure ther is no short. check the fuses. clean out the sockets for the builbs and let us know what happens.
