Jeep started just fine, made a stop refused to start. Replaced starter and it still refuses to start. Therefore, my question pertains to the electrical system: Is there a shotage in the electrical system that will prevent the starter from operating properly which will prevent the engine from starting? This is an emergency a reply at your earliest convenience is needed and will be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

Replaced starter and it still refuses to start. Do you mean it cranks over and refuses to start or just won't crank over? If the engine is cranking over the starter is doing its job. Below is the starting circuit Probable causes: Transmission range switch/starter relay/fuse no.19 and fuse no.10/ignition switch
