1998 Jeep Cherokee Noisey Steering
Steering problem
1998 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 110000 miles
My recently acquired Jeep Grand Cherokee is very noisey when Turning corners. AND although quiet on the straight it starts to shake when over 65mph.
I'm guessing its the wheel bearings, both my CV joint Boots are damaged. Any suggestions or should i be getting the professionals in ?

I would begin by jacking up the front end and shaking the tire up and down if any play is felt it may need new hubs. Also shake tire side to side and look for any loose steering component
