Flasher location

We have replaced the multi-function switch and the power relay under the glove box.

Flashers light up, but stay solid.

Turn signals do not function.

Really looking for a solution because this whole problem has already cost me well over 100 dollars in parts and tools (as I didn't have security screw tips before this).

Anyone have any other ideas?

Suspect faulty flasher unit. Have you inspected both the turn signal and the hazard flasher relay? They are both located in the fuse block, under the driver side dash.
