1995 Jeep Cherokee Check engine lamp is on

Dear sir,
I was having some problems in my automatic transmission, so I changed it with another used transmission box, after that I found the check engine lamp gets always on, and giving me codes 42 and 27, I did nothing with my engine or the injectors.
how to deal with such problem?
I am using my car in egypt

Code 42 :
condition is open or shorted condition detected in auto shutdown relay circuit (ASD )
so you need to check wiring and fuses
code 27 injectors circuit does not respond properly to PCM
again you have a wiring issue and need to check wiring harness
does it start
if no start: check and or replace crank sensor

Dear Sir,
I went downstairs to see what to do according to your advice, I found the cable of injector number 5 outside its soket, I returned it to its place and the "check engine lamp" went off.

You need to check the wiring
check the fuses
check the wires
you have a broken wire
