1994 Jeep Cherokee head lights go off and on

My daughter has a problem of headlights going off and on after driving on bumpy roads.She said the come back on after she hit the dash. any suggestions?

Hi satjoe,

Either some wire connections are loose or the switch is bad and the vibrations due to bumps is causing intermittent failure of the headlight circuit.

Check for loose connections under dash since banging on the dash works.
