I own a 1993 Jeep Cherokee, and as it gets colder outside, to about 30 Degrees, when I turn on the ignition switch, it takes longer and longer for the fuel pump to engage. In warm weather it engages almost immediately. Once the pump does start, and the engine starts, it continues to run without stalling. What could be the problem? Thanks, Tom

Hi, when the problem occurs, I'd check the circuits at the fuel pump relay. Voltage to the load /switch side of relay, comes from the asd relay. Voltage to the coil side of relay, comes from the ignition switch.

Are there any mil codes?
