Electrical problem
1989 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
I bought a jeep that started and ran fine, except for two cut offs during hard turns. The only warning light that comes on, is the emission maintenance light which stayed on(starts and chugs for 5 minutes or more on cold nights until it would smooth out). One mourning I came out to start it and it would not turn over. I did a full tune-up, and fooled with it a bit and it chugged a couple of times but didn't start but the next day it did yet it cut off on me will driving and hasn't started since. I then changed the ignition control module, the coil and the fuel pump and still no results(no fire from coil). what might the problem be?
