2002 Jaguar XKE Car Stuck in Park!
Suspension problem
2002 Jaguar XKE V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 60000 miles
We haven't used the car that much over the past month. I went to move it out of the drive way and it is stuck in park. It is on a level surface. Any ideas??

BRAKE SHIFT INTERLOCK ACTUATOR MANUAL OVERRIDE
To override the gearshift interlock:
Unscrew the release catch blanking plug.
Insert the ignition key into the aperture, depress the release catch and simultaneously move the gear selector lever from the Park position. The lever will only move approximately 25 mm with the key inserted.
Remove the ignition key and replace the blanking plug.
