2000 Jaguar XJ8 Will not turn over

2000 Jaguar XJ8 V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 97000 miles
Car won't turn over . Not even a click noise. The battery sounds good. The day before the check engine light came on and stayed for a while. I put some Techtron to clean up the injectors and after a few miles the light went out.

Check engine light:
