1997 Jaguar XJ6 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive 70000 miles

I RECENTLY GOT A 97 XJ6 RUNS FINE WHEN ENGINE WARMS UP. IN THE THE MORNING THE CARS STALLS AT EVERY STOP SIGN UNTIL IT WARMS UP. CAN YOU HELP ME! JJ NY

Ok so it only stalls when it cold is this correct? Do you have a digital multi meter to do some tests? Get back to me and we will go from there.

First off sorry it took a bit to get back to you I had to give my daughter away Sat. at her Wedding.
With that said I would like you test the Coolant temp sensor. You will unplug it and do an ohms test of the sensor across the term on the sensor itself. Get back to me with the ohms and the temp of it at the time you test it ok. This sensor is on the thermostat housing. Get back to me with the ohms and temp at the time and we will go from there.

I replaced the temp sensor for 25.00 dollars that sends the signal to the computer still no high idle stalls till warms up always 7000 rpm at ten degrees this car never saw snow it came from Nevada no rust any where. What should I do next.I checked jaguar all recalls been done including a new throddle body!

OK I need you to check for voltage at the idle air control motor. I need you to check the orange and yellow wire for voltage with key on engine off. Let me know what you find.
