why wont my hazards main beam, and wipers work?

check/replace the combinsation switch

COMBINATION SWITCH
Removal & Installation
Disconnect battery ground lead. Extend steering column fully and lock. Remove steering wheel. See STEERING WHEEL & HORN PAD . Remove rheostat switch knob and screws securing column lower cover. Remove lower cover and upper cover screws. Remove upper cover.
Remove screws securing left hand connector mounting plate. Reposition plate to access flasher switch harness connector, and disconnect connector. Remove switch securing bolt and remove switch. To install, reverse removal procedure.
