I HAVE THIS CAR AND THE LF WINDOW AND SEAt works sometimes. Is it the relay? If so where's it location

Fuses good? (Left side fuse panel)
Do you have power to the window motor when switch is in up or down? If yes, motor is probably bad. If no, check the switch for power to the motor, up or down.
Seat relays should be under the seat.
