I have a 1995 xj6, problem is odbii reader is reading no link from the computer. I have tested all pins on the connector for ohms and they all have a ohm reading. When i disconnect the blue wire connector under the center console next to other connectors it gives me other information. But not ECM codes or turning off check engine light. I know its not connecting to ECM for trouble codes. I have extensivly troubleshot
