1994 Jaguar XJ6 Car Won't Start

My 1994 Jaguar XJ6 will not start. I replaced starter, Coil, Ingition Control Module, Dist Cap and Rotor. Mechanic says to check Ignition On Relay. I cannot seem to locate the relay. Where exactly is it located

Ignition relay is located below the glove box along with a whole bunch of others. Ign. relay should be the one by itself to the left of the relay module (metal box) and should have a blue cap fitting to a black socket. Term #30 should battery feed. Term #87 should go ign amplifier and + side of coil. Term #85 & 86 are the relay coil. Hope this helps.
