Have changed every thing and nothing works arm wont move! Help cant drive in rain. How do get the battery charged in the trunk when it wont open, its powered locked, no key entrey

Have you checked for power to wiper motor itself. Yes? Replace motor
Battery charging. There should be a terminal on the driver's side of the firewall where you can the positive (red) lead of a charger and the negative lead (black) to anywhere on the motor or the frame. This will back charge the battery.
