Engine Performance problem
1992 Jaguar XJ6 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 100K miles

Car will NOT start. Am getting spark (replaced plugs and wires, ignition module OK) but does not seem to be getting fuel. Replaced fuel pump @70K. Was a big job. Now "seems" to be same problem - engine will "hit" if starter fluid sprayed in intake. Question: What is the easiest way to check fuel pump/filter/relay and/or if getting gas flow (Or, IS there an EASY way?). Where is the relay and filter on this '92?

Fuel filter is underneath along the frame rail. Fuel pump relay is under the hood by the master cylinder. You should be able to hear the pump run for a few seconds when you turn the key to "on".
