Is there a relay that could cause the heater motors not to work, if so which one is it?

The relay for each blower motor is inside the blower housing. Looking at the blower housing you will see a large damper. Pushing the damper open you will find the relay low and to the outboard side of the housing. Just a thought, are fuses good.
