alright love the car great car bought car from brother who let it sit since 2004 needing fuel pump and water pump replace both getting fuel to the rail crank car but will not start put gas into the cylinders and fires right up so i know i have a fuel problem all thoughts and comment would be helpful fuel pump kicks on and off like it is supposed to help me...............

Sounds like you have covered most of the bases.
I have an '88 and it sounds to me like your injectors aren't firing. You can test injector pulse with a unit called a "NOID LIGHT" They plug into the injector harness and will flash when the injector fires. You can get a full set for different systems at any good parts store for about $16.00. I wouldn't be without them. Injector pulse is controlled by the ECU, so that would be your next check.
