My vehicle want start and I had it taken to a repair shop and they said it was heavily flooded and they put the vehicle in clear flooe mode and tested it after they started it to find out what the proper working operation is. Well it has happened again and want start so I need to know how to put vehicle into CLEAR FLOOD MODE and why this keep happening.

Without a computer control unit, you can't access flood mode. The simplest way is to pull the fuel pump relay, crank the engine while it is floor boarded until it tries to fire, replace the relay, and it should start.
I can't help wondering why it's flooding. This would be a rare condition unless it needed a tuneup. Just curious.
