My car is in for inspection right now. This is the second one I have from this dealer. The service manager is an interesting character.
I get the feeling he tries to take advantageous of me because I am female and not a car enthusiaste (sp?). He tells me the car needs rear brake pads and rotors for nearly $700. I understand the brake pads, but not the rotors. I asked why and he shrugged and said its normal on this car. That's all the explanation I got.
Is it normal?
