Engine Performance problem
1985 Jaguar X-Type 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Fresh top end rebuild,
New FI harness,
Rechecked timing everything seems good,

Engine seems slugish when reving, and has no power under load.

Inherited this problem from last tech who worked on it.

Plugged cat? Or something else common with these cars? It has Bosch FI.

Also anyone have correct firing order and placement on the cap for wires.
