I have an oportunity to get this vehicle at a very low price. It turns over but will not start. The owner believes it is the fuel pump and that it is available new for 90.00. I am leary and want to know of there is an easy way to verify it is the fuel pump. I also would like to know what other problems may result from these symptoms. thanks for your help.
