this car have given me no problems until now and for some reason I was driving it the other night and I noticed that the dash lights were getting very dim and then the car started to chug a little and when I stopped at the stop sign it died and would not start again. My husband tried to jump start it but to no avail, we got it home and put the battery charger on it when I got in everything looked good but the minute that I turned the key everything died and the charge meter for the battery went all the way down and it would not crank again. Could it just need a new battery or could this be an alternator problem.
