1998 XK8 Jaguar Models radio antenna

My radio antenna will not go up or down when I switch the radio on or off. I can hear a clicking noise from the trunk when I switch the car off. Do I need to replace the antenna mast or the complete antenna assembly?

I have the same problem? Do I need to replace the entire assembly or just replace the mast?
