Motor turns over but won't start at all. I have checked the battery and it is fine. I also noticed a sticker with a service bulletin under the hood of my car with the following message: Jaguar authorized modifications: The following modifications have been made S479 Difficult to start reflash replaces S819/S471. Could the problem I am currently having be related to this bulletin? Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? Thanks so much for your assistance.
