Re built can mean just a re ring and new bearings, as an Overhaul would normally mead new piston rings, pistons, big end and main bearings, cam & bearings oil pump overhauled cylinder head crank re grind and a re bore, basically a new condition engine, but people do confuse the two terms, so I would be asking exactly what you are getting for your money,
