MY TRUCK WILL NOT START. WHEN I TURN THE KEY IT DOES NOT KICK THE STARTER OVER. ALSO WHAT IS THE WHITE PLASTIC PIECE RIGHT ABOVE THE CLUTH? WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?
