MY TROOPER SHIFTS VERY WELL, BUT AFTER DRIVING LIKE 50-60 MILES IT STARTS SLIPPING BADLY. IT CAN'T GO IN REVERSE! BUT IF IT SITS FOR A WHILE! THEN IT STARTS TO DRIVE FINE AGAIN. BUT IT MUST FOR A VERY GOOD TIME LIKE OVER NITE!

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

This is sounding like an internal problem with the transmission, if the transmission is starting to slip after a reasonable drive, it would suggest that it is an overheating problem possible caused by a faulty servo or a defective clutch pack, I would suggest that you get a transmission specialist to do a test & report for you, don't delay as each time it starts to slip you are doing more damage to the driving clutch packs.
