1995 Isuzu Trooper lifter noise
lifters tap loudly. change oil every 3000 miles use synyhetic 5w-30.

how is your oil pressure? How many lifters are tapping? more than a couple? With a 95 it is possible that they should be adjusted or replaced. Does the tapping get louder or less at diferent times?
