I am not a mech. I think the battery is charged, volt meter goes a little over 12 volt. Where is the starter? Can I hit it with a hammer like I once did on a scottsdale to get it to a shop? I have ck all the fuses---all it does is click, click, click.

If it clicks like that, the starter is probably bad. The starter is located down low on the engine like your old Chevy, but I dont suggest hitting it with a hammer, replacing it is better
