I replaced my battery. In doing so, I possibly shorted some fuses. I relplaced a main fuse, and my fuel pump fuse. The car now turns over fine, but it seems to not be picking up fuel to start. There is no noise that it's getting fuel.

I heard there was a fuel re-start switch (or relay switch?) that may solve the problem? If so, I'm wondering where that switch is? Thanks.
