How do you know when the ECM has quit working? How can you tell if its just a relay?

What is it doing? cranking over and will not start or just won't crank at all/nothing, be specific of the problem maybe we can help

It wont start. Theres fuel in the lines but wont fire. It turns over and fires when starting fluid is added but dies when starting fluid burns off. Wont fire on its own.

Check the fuel pressure top rule out the fuel pump and also check if the injectors are pulsing

Can I get a diagram of where all the lines go for the fuel and vaccum lines?
