I had a "chirping" sound coming from under the hood over a week ago. Car over heated and would not start back up. Found the Fan Cluch was not working. Changed that and it started right up. All belts are new. Put belt dressing on the belts with no change. While putting the dressing on the belts I made sure that there was no over spray on anything.
When starting the car at idel it comes up slowly and gets more constant. Give it more gas and it stops. Did the same the last time before the "chirping" started to get constant.
Need help to see what it might be.

Check all spinable pulleys before you put the belts on. If any grinding or harshness while spinning is encountered, there is a bearing problem. A/C and idler pulleys are the usual suspects! Alternators too...
