1995 Isuzu Other Repair Question

Isuzu rodeo 95
Installed a new head on a 95 rodeo 2.6liter. Also installed new timming belt. When Installing belt does #4 commpression stroke need to be top dead center and should distributor point to #4 for distribotor installation
